Natura Beach House with solar energy

The cottage is located on the beach, with the surface of about 50 m2, and a cellar on the ground floor. The balcony is oriented towards the sea. Extremely quiet place perfect for rest for those fed up with hectic lives. It is ideal for Robinson tourism, water in the home is not drinkable, but the rainwater in cellar is extremely drinkable and very cold so it is a great refreshment in summer. Solar energy provides light, there is no hot water, and the water used for showering in the container at the top of the house is heated by the Sun. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds, kitchen and bathroom. The cellar is used as a living room with large pinetree providing natural shade. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven and dishes. Parking is within the house and is free of charge.
