This is a cozy property situated a few minutes from the centre of Sant’Agnello of Sorrento. It is approximately 35 metres squared and sleeps up to 4 people. It features winter heating, air-conditioning and WI-FI Internet access.
It is situated roughly 300 metres from the centre of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transport. Here you will also find the stop for EAV bus which will take you to Sorrento’s Marina Piccola (port) , Sorrento’s train station and the closest beach which is roughly 2 km away (approximately 1.25 miles).
The b&b is located on the top floor of an apartment complex. It is accessible via a staircase of approximately 74 steps. Due to its central location, you will not need a car to stay at the apartment. If you do have one, you will be able to park it in the nearby car park at extra cost.
The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming, and include modern furniture. The furnishings include a sofa that unfolds into a double bed and air-conditioning. In the living room you will also find a TV a wide window, wardrobe and shelves. The dining room has a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster and a kettle. There is no cooker or hob but the property owner, who lives next door, can cook for you, on request (extra charges may apply). The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room, you will be able to enter the bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydro-massage shower and a hairdryer.
The bedroom, which is accessible from the living-room, has a double bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a balcony with a view of the main road and the town. The bedroom is equipped with a heating unit.
There is a roof top terrace, accessible via an external spiral staircase, where you can enjoy views of Mount Vesuvius.
If you need to use a washing machine and iron and an ironing board, please feel free to ask the owner, who lives next door.
