Situated on the ‘Punta’ in a dreamlike scenery that could not be more appropriate: white, sandy beaches suitable for children, a magnificent garden with palm trees and sun-soaked terraces with a panoramic view of the bay of Cala San Vicente.

Seeing the rippling and hearing the murmur of the azure blue sea under a stunning sunrise or spectacular sunset is exceptionally enchanting.

Even at night, the fragrant Mediterranean scents filling the air and the water of the bay bathing in the moonlight make for a calming atmosphere and an impressive scenic setting. In this quiet part of Ibiza, you will be able to really relax and unwind, together with friends and/or family.

One can tell by merely glancing at the pictures that past and present meet at this villa. The traditional dry stone walls combine with the use of more recent building materials and building techniques, outside as well as inside.

On the lower floor – where white colours predominate – you will find a modern kitchen fitted with ample equipment and a living room with a fireplace. The other rooms are very spacious and open, which also bathe in the bright light.

There are two bedrooms – one with sea views and a dressing room too – while both have their own bathroom, where you can refresh yourself in style (have a look at those facets!). Those fanciful facets in the photos are just one illustration of this.

The villa can, however, sleep up to five people, since an extra bed can be added on request.

And there is even more: for a little extra cost (incl. the 6th person rates) the adjacent rental apartment accommodates another two guests (one double bed). The apartment also has a small open kitchen and television. This apartment can NOT be rented separately from the villa.

All rooms ooze Ibizan lifestyle thanks to the use of fine and first-class materials; the splendid choice of furniture and the style of architecture give it an extraordinary charm.

There is plenty of room on the terrace outside where you can have breakfast or dinner since the kitchen is connected to the terrace as well as the living room. Do not forget to make use of the deck chairs too.

In any case you will have a marvellous view of the bay and the pine-clad hills surrounding it. And now the finest aspect: you will be overlooking the whole Cala from the whirlpool. This will surely make your holiday experience complete!

Since the beach is only 203 metres away (as the crow flies) , you can opt for a leisurely nine-minute walk down the hill or a scenic two-minute drive. (2.35min)

This villa offers everything you need. It is a holiday home that grants you the freedom to further explore the island; to go hiking or diving or visiting the markets. But it also makes for heavenly peaceful resting spots in a superb surrounding scenery where you can live those rare magical moments. This is perfect to the finest detail.

# Cleaning of the villa and linen + towels are offered to you by a professional cleaning company that charges 14€/h + VAT.

Some expenses are charged separately. “Why?”, one might ask. The reason is quite simple: the difference in cleaning cost for a couple (approx. 8h to clean the villa) and the cost for 7 people (approx. 14h in total to clean the villa) is far too great.

To us, charging a basic end cleaning price (5,5h) and an extra per person for linen + towels seems to be the fairest solution.
