Luxury Colorful Studio In Heraklion

Newly built studio in the area of Karteros, with wonderful view of mountain and Sea (just opposite Dia Island), in a peaceful environment, inside an olive grove, in walking distance from the beach.
It is ideal to explore the island and relax.

The SpaceThe studio is placed in a traditional Cretan Olive grove in Karteros. Karteros has to offer unique landscape, just outside of Heraklion city. You can visit all the museums and antiquities, return home to relax, and just walk to the beach. Or you can endulge yourselves to exploring the nearby Gorge, or relax at night and have a BBQ. Listening only the night...The studio sleeps comfortably 4 people in one real double bed and in one double futon bed.

Guest AccessEasy access, 5 minutes from the airport, 10 from heraklion port, practically next to national road entry exit to Chania and Lasithi (west and east crete). Numerous beaches all around.
You have your own garden and shared secured parking space, also there is a shared BBQ area.

Interaction with GuestsWe live in a house just above the studio, having a large garden to separate us, with fence. Therefore you maintain your privacy and comfort, yet we are there if you need anything, to help or provide (from advice or a cup of coffee...). We cultivate some vegetables to taste, and there is a large fig tree to try as many figs you wish.

The NeighborhoodThe quiet and tranquility is the factor that makes Karteros unique. Plus if you want noise and action you are a short drive from it (Heraklion 7 minutes drive, Hersonissos 15 min. drive, Malia 20 minutes drive etc.). Lots of nice sandy beaches, with sun beds and umbrellas are all around, to enjoy the sea with children or without.

Getting aroundPublic transport is close by (the bus stop is 20 meters away) and there is twice a day a bus passing. The area is not of heavy traffic rather scarce traffic therefore no frequent public transport, yet there is one if this helps. We strongly suggest to rent a car to enjoy the island to maximum.

Other Things to NoteThe studio is brand new, all furnished with IKEA furniture, quality electrical equipment, happy and colorful, pet friendly if you have your favorite pet with you. Ideal for value for money long term vacations for families or couples.
