THE PLACE Ideally located in the heart of Athens in P. Faliro area, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood very close to the beach with a fantastic sea view (Kastella, Flisvos Marina from the back side and Acropolis, Flisvos Sea Park from the front side). The big advantage of this apartment is that you are very close to everything in less than 200 m, you can take the bus or the tram and reach the center of Athens in less than 10 mins while the nearest beach is with walking distance. It is only 200 m away and 3 minutes walking to the sea and only 100 m from the closest bus and tram stops. THE APARTMENT The apartment is modern with very nice materials and furniture. It was renovated in August 2013. It is in the fifth of a six floor building and occupies the whole fifth, so you will not have anyone staying next to you. There are double glazed windows that provide total soundproofing. It is furnished and fully equipped. There 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a spacious living-room and a hall. In the living room there is also one sofa which can be transformed into a double bed. There is a fantastic balcony where you can admire the sea view and the Acropolis as well. The heating is central. Bed linen, towels, cuttlery, dishes, pans, wifi internet and all electric devices are provided, in general kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is also fully Air Conditioned which is very important, especially for the hot period of summer. There is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. Only 200m away from the apartment there is a super market, a pharmacie, a bakery and in less than 300 m away is the Palaio Faliro city centre and across Agiou Alexandrou central street you can find traditional taverns, restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, pharmacies etc. Airport or any other transport is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost. The closest marina of Floisvos which is one of the best Marinas in Mediterrenean, is within 5 minutes walking from the apartment where you can find numerous restaurants, bars and cafes and is full of life, especially weekends. TRANSPORTATION The apartment building lies in Poseidonos avenue, there are bus stations from where the buses are leading to the most areas of Attica. The nearest bus stop is ‘Foros’ and the tram stop is ‘Trokadero’. AIRPORT. There is the bus line X96 which leads to the international airport of Athens, Eleftherios Venizelos. PIRAEUS PORT.The Piraeus Port is 10 minutes away by car/taxi or 20 minutes by tram and train. ATHENS CENTER 10 minutes by bus to Acropolis, Plaka, Ermou Street or the centre of Athens.
