Avoid the hectic life and noise of San Juan and spend a relaxing vacation in the small town of Barceloneta just 50 minutes away from the San Juan (SJU) Airport. This 1000 meter beach front property has a creek right beside it and is:

- 15 minutes away from two of the best surfing beaches of the island: Machuca and Hallows

- 20 minutes away from horseback riding trails in Manati Town

- 10 minutes away from Prime Outlets (the #1 outlet mall of Puerto Rico)

- 30 minutes away from (email: hidden)ractions like Cueva Ventana (Window Cave) and Cavernas de Camuy (Camuy Caves).

If you’re curious about the night life, the Condado Area is the hot-spot and is about a 45 minute drive from here.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a big yard with a gate that takes you right to the beach.

Room 1: One Full size bed. Sleeps 2 persons ( a/c)

Room 2: One bunk bed and one Twin size bed. Sleeps 3 people ( a/c)

Room 3: One single bed. Sleeps 1 person ( fan)

Most importantly, I will make sure that you have the best vacation here in Puerto Rico! I work full time in the Tourism Industry and I will use my years of experience to orient you about the best attractions of the island. I will provide a GPS free of charge with the coordinates of the best places so you can maximize your stay here with no guessing. Some activities I will suggest, depending on your style are:

- Bio bay kayaking

- Go Rock Climbing

- Kite surfing and Paddle Boarding lessons

- Cave Exploration
