The Peaceful Retreat is located at street lvele on the ground floor. This is the first apartment the Hall Family lived in while building the first floor, where I now live. ~ ~Phyllis Hall Porch -- Peaceful Retreat is privately located on the ground floor and has private entrance and porch. The completely enclosed gated proch faces trees and the street. Suite is 435 square feet and porch is 252 square feet. Porch has bistro table and chairs for relaxing or eating.

Bedroom -- The one bedroom suite has queen size bed with a pillow top mattress. It has a full length mirrored closet and mahogany chest of drawers for your clothing. The suite is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Living Room -- There are two large closets with mirror doors; one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The large living room has an air conditioner, dining set, teak table and a full size futon with an 8" mattress. Kitchen -- The kitchen has elegant copper cookware (Rachel Ray Pots are on order from QVC), large refrigerator and gas stove with an oven. Cook books of Emeril Lagasse and Patti Belle have been placed in the apartment. Cooks Espresso maker and 7-cup Food Processor added for your pleausre.

Bathroom -- The bathroom has a rain shower, etc. Hillcrest is located on a hill overlooking Curz Bay. Cruz Bay Dock is a 3 minute walk downhill. The major beaches are minutes away driving, ie. Trunk Bay Beach. Frank Bay Beach is a 4 minute walk downhill. The suite accommodates 4 people. The Peaceful Retreat Rate. Porch -- Entrance is thru your Private Porch. Kitchen -- Full Kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, copper cooking pots and large refrigerator Living Room -- Sunken Living Room - Two small steps to Kitchen and the Bedroom. --

Living room and dining room air conditioner, Full size futon, Dining set of teak, leather and cherry wood in Living Room area, with ivory table cloth and mandarin place mats & napkins and a lovely chandelier. Bedroom -- A Queen size bed. A 22 inch TV/DVD combo and air conditioner are included. Bedroom and Living room are separated, for privacy, by a door.
