One time cleaning fee of USD10.00 is mandatory upon arrival. Bank transfer and document processing fee USD 5.00 included with online payment.

General house rules
1. please maintain general cleanliness and care of the unit at all times
2. pets are not allowed
3. major damage or breakage of furniture, appliance, or the unit itself will incur charges accordingly
4. friends of tenants may be allowed to use the building amenities, but the tenant shall be liable for whatever charges or liabilities that may be incurred with the building management.
5. please maintain acceptable noice levels in the unit and proper conduct in common areas as consideration to other tenants
6. no smoking is allowed indoors
7. reservations for special functions poolside and/or conference area may be made 1 month in advance, subject to availability by the building management.
