Spacious ( 50m2) one bedroom apartment with a bedroom on the gallery, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with a balcony, ideal for families or groups of friends up to four.

Sunny apartment 2 is located in the small town Sutivan, on the island of Brac, on the first floor of our beautiful house by the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, cutlery, stove, oven, glasses (wine, water, coffee), refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker ...
Gallery bedroom has a double bed with clean sheets, duvets and extra blankets, extra bed for children's, wardrobe.
The bathroom is fully equipped, including a hairdryer, fresh towels and shampoo, feminine necessities.
Lounge area has dining table/seats, double sofa bed, SAT/TV, balcony with coffee table/seats and amazing sea view.

The whole apartment is covered by free Wi-Fi and Air conditioning (no extra cost).

Being located seafront, we also have private access to the beach including outdoor grill, outdoor shower, sun umbrellas and loungers that are at all times available to our guests.
On the first floor is a room with washing machine, which is also available at all times / or to make an appointment with guests from neighboring Sunny apartment 2.
Free parking space in front of the house.
