This small traditional house is ideal for the perfect holiday in the Alps. From the balcony, you will enjoy an incomparable view on alternating mountain sceneries, as far as the glacier of Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. The house holds 10 beds and 4 matresses (under a steep roof). In summer as in winter, amongst friends, colleagues or family, you will feel perfectly at home. This house is an ideal base for skiing, snowboarding or hiking in the ski-areas of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang and the European sports region of Zell am See/Kaprun. In the summer you have access to the route of the Tauernradweg and in the village of Maishofen, many great cycle paths await you. Hikers will find happiness on one of the countless hikes in the area. Swimming is possible in the Zellersee. Golf, ice-skating or simply nothing at all will be an excellent preparation for enjoying a great barbeque in the garden. Everything is possible here!
