Beach Just a Six Minute Walk

Situated just 15 minutes from Larnaca Airport and the City Center,5 minutes away from the beach by foot,our apartment is refreshing and able to accommodate up to 4 people.The flat has immediate access to highways and very close to public transport.

Within walking distance just five minutes away is amenities such as restaurants, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, bars and cafes.

What makes my listing individually interesting, is that it is well equipped to make you feel at home, more than you can imagine. I have tried to make it as complete as possible exceeding expectations. The listing is spacious and feels refreshing. It can fit four people comfortably, but five people can very easily stay there.

The veranda in front allows you to just sit and relax during the evenings or after a long day at the beach. The veranda is ideal also for families with children, where they can play safely within the veranda. What is best about the veranda, is that during the evenings you can sit outside with a glass of wine and relax. For those who like star glazing then this is ideal. Most evenings are fresh and cool.

Whats important about the listing is that it comes with me. I have a thorough knowledge of the different towns and regions, as such depending on what you are looking for i can put you in the right direction. I also provide my guests with lots of information and guides.

I am more than willing to interact with the guests to provide them with interesting tips and recommendations of places to visit. Upon meeting at the apartment i always give my guests a short tour of the area by car showing them the main points of interest, giving them a good head start :)
I have extensive knowledge about Cyprus and what exactly one can do to make their stay more enjoyable. You just have to ask :).

I can arrange excursions and taxis for you for different regions of Cyprus. Excursions have a Russian and English speaking guides. For any other languages please let me know. These can be very ideal for those who will not be renting a car, giving them a stress free opportunity to see Cyprus. Please tell me in advance so that i can help you plan your holiday.

I will be available throughout your stay, but in the event i am not i will have a replacement, so don't worry. But you can contact me anyway.

It is a safe neighbor hood, where children and kids can play safely.

It is quiet also, so you may relax without the noise you would usually be accustomed to in cities or towns.

As the title says, everything is literally in walking distance. No worries about driving anywhere, unless you intending on touring around Cyprus. You have access to different beach areas, restaurants, bars, public transport, supermarket, hotel facilities etc within a six minutes walk from apartment.

There are three great restaurants just walking distance from the apartment plus other restaurants, but these i specifically recommend. One is a fish restaurant which is situated on the beach. The second is local traditional meat restaurant serving meze, and the third is an Indian restaurant.

There are two bus stops just a few minutes walk away taking you any where you want in Larnaca. There is a bus which can take you from the airport to apartment, so its very convenient. You can also visit other cities via bus for a very cheap fare. So don't worry about renting a car, you really don't need one. All this information will be provided to you as well as other information during our meeting.

The fare charges are 1.50 euros per journey, and there are buses around every 30 minutes.

There is also parking space for those of you who will be renting a car, which is free.

We are also willing to pick up guests from airport depending on the number of people. We also have very good co-operation for transfer services, offering very good prices. So just ask :)

There is also bikes available for rent, so for those bike lovers this could be an interesting way of getting around. There are also bike lanes parallel to the beach leading to Larnaca.

For those of you who might change their minds and rent a car there are car rentals just down the road from apartment. So dont forget to bring your driving license. What's more important they have very good rates. For more information on this just ask :)

For a small fee i can pick you up from Larnaca airport, 17 euros each way, depending on number of people and time of day. For transfers between 2300 hours and 0700 hours the charge is 25 euros to or from apartment.

For those of you who are a big group of people, boys, girls or families between 8 - 9 people, we can offer the the apartment next door this way you can all stay within a step away from each other. Of course subject to availability. Please ask.

There is a lot of recommendations as well as maps showing you how to get to each place. There is free WiFi access at the apartments so you can check this online anytime.

Opposite the apartment is a playground area where you can take your children during the day.

Guests requesting things which i have not listed for the property there will be a charge of 15 euros. If something is listed and is not in the apartment there will be no charge.

Living near the beach is beneficial for those who come from cold climate countries, especially for children as this will protect them during the winter periods as they will avoid catching colds.

Furthermore, a lot of guests like the location of apartment because it is ideal for those who like running, swimming and cycling.

Baby high chair, baby pram and playpen can be provided for a very small fee subject to availability.

I would appreciate if you could smoke outside the property. The veranda is the best place to sit, relax and enjoy a cigarette or cigar for that matter.

All entertainment provided, such as books, games are for your entertainment only and should not be taken with you upon departure. If something is missing you will be charged.
