The space
This is a flat in a tower block, with single room and heater in it. Cutlery and bed sheets can be provided if necessary.
Guest access
You can use the outside space, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room during your stay
Facilities
There is no catering provided so you need to make all your own meals also note there is no tv in the flat. You should bring your own towel and indoor footwear other than this all other normal facilities are present
Notes
You can only stay for the nights you have booked. If you are interested then please include some information about you and what you intend to do during your stay
House rules
I am looking for someone pleasant, decent, honest , trustworthy, quiet, who will not cause any trouble and who will keep the place neat and tidy. No drug users, parties, visiting boyfriends, girlfriends, relatives etc , no pets , no smoking , no running a business from the property. You must be capable of locking the front and back doors and windows when you go out. In addition you should be able to use the items in the house without damaging them. The lease states that no bikes or smoking are allowed .There is parking available on the street.
The location
You will be staying in B15 Edgbaston area on one of the nicer more desirable streets of this area of Birmingham. The area is quiet and there is a parkland nearby.
Travelling
The bus 98 99 and 1 stops at the end of the street and will take you into the city centre. It is easy to get to the Birmingham university and Queen Elizabeth hospital Complex by foot. If there is anywhere specific you need to get to then just ask

Good single size room (2.7 X 3m) with very easy access to hospital , university and birmingham city centre in an multi storey tower block for ONE PERSON ONLY. Sharing (the property not the room) with me a 34 year old guy .

There is a set of cutlery (knife, fork spoon, cup, plate, bowl)specifically for the guests . Cooker and washing machine are also present .
