Gerasimos Villa, a newly built stone house, is located in a beautiful location on a hillside, surrounded by olive trees and boasts panoramic views of the Libyan Sea. In about 3km, you can find the pebble beach of Triopetra, with it’s fantastic inviting crystal clear water for swimming. Gerasimos Villa is decorated in traditional Cretan style and offers a living space of 130q.m., for up to 5 people. The villa is situated in a 1,500 sq.m. property, with beautiful gardens, lots of trees and a 30 sq.m. swimming pool. You can relax in peace, on the spacious terrace - balcony furniture provided. Nearby, in Spili (10km) you have access to mini markets, taverns, cafes, post office, bank and a health center. The beautiful coastal town of Ag. Galini has a greater variety of tourist amenities and is situated 15 km away, for nature-loving people who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday. For the most outgoing, the vibrant city of Rethymnon is about 38km away.
