Our apartment is located on 20th Street in the heart of Crystal City, only minutes from downtown DC and Reagan National Airport.

This luxury building, renovated in 2009, is a 20 story eco-friendly LEED Silver certified design building that benefits both its residents and the environment. The apartments were designed with open layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows to optimize natural lights and views, and the carpets, paints and sealants are all low-emitting VOCs. An air filtration system incorporates fresh outside air to improve indoor air quality, and a green cleaning program helps maintain indoor air quality as well.

The Living Room includes a sofa with pullout bed, club chair, an entertainment center with a flat panel LCD TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo system, a dining area with seating for four and a work desk with lamp and your choice of wired or wireless Internet access. A small balcony is accessible from the Living Room so you can step out for some fresh air.

The gourmet Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans. The spacious open plan kitchen features cherry wood cabinetry with brushed nickel hardware, granite counter tops and full-size stainless steep appliances (four burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side full-size refrigerator with ice maker), toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea and sweeteners are provided.
