Perfect for couples with 1 or 2 children, or just for two couples, this ground floor apartment with direct access to the garden and pool the farm offers a room with two single beds or double as desired, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped large kitchen and a living room perfectly suited to space. With incredible views to the calm of the bougainvilleas, it has a terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner is a pleasure.

The farm is very big and nice gardens and swimming pool, although Balmins beaches and San Sebastian are respectively 2 and 8 minutes walk. Access to the village is very near allowing not use the car, but the property offers parking in the same building.
