E11 Villa Rainbow

Villa Charlene is one of a very few four bedroom villas in the Ayia Triada area of Pernera, Protaras. Outside there is a driveway, large garden area and a 10 X 4 metre pool. Inside is a large lounge area, open kitchen, dining area and a double bedroom downstairs. Upstairs is the en suite master bedroom, family bathroom with tub, another double bedroom and a twin room with single beds. There are also nice sea views.

Area Description
Villa Charlene is is located in a quiet and secluded spot near Crystal Springs hotel and only 7 minute's walk from the beach.

Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the most famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and International restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months.

There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in Europe can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away. Closer to the villa, and more local is the smaller town of Ayia Triada/Pernera, with its own 'strip of restaurants (some good local ones as well) that are less than three minutes drive away. Within 5 minutes walk you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach.

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk, or for sundowners/dinner in the evening.It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea and watch the sunset.

Within just a couple of minutes' walk from the villa you will find a kiosk, mini-supermarket store a typical English pub, Onasis Fish Restaurant, Mouzoura Beach Fish Restaurant, as well as one of the most sought after hot-spots for children of all ages...the famous Sirina Bay
