You'll be staying in this cosy, well-cared for country house with authentic details. The charming dining room with beamed ceiling and beautiful tiled stove is especially pretty. There is lots of wood throughout the house, this is typical for the Czech Chalupa. The kitchen is completely in style and fully equipped, including a small bar. Steep stairs will take you up to three spacious, comfortable bedrooms. The wooden furniture and roof generate a homely ambiance. The holiday home lies on the edge of the village of Velehradek and has its own garden with lawn, outdoor fireplace/grill and terrace. The beautiful, hilly landscape naturally lends itself for lovely walks in the countryside. The driveway gates are shared with the neighbours. Groceries and restaurant at 2 km. You can go for a swim in Zaborov (2 km) or in the recreational lake at Vrestov (6 km). In Dvur Kralove (8 km) is a nice zoo and is ideal for a trip with the children. A visit to the interesting castle in Kuks (15 km) is also well worth it. Of course the Giant Mountains north of Velehradek are perfect for nature-lovers.
