3 Bedroom Disney Retreat

This home has been completely remodeled throughout with new hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large L shaped leather couch, a leather bench that stows a hideaway twin bed, a flat screen television, gas fireplace, built in bookshelves and stylish accent décor. The kitchen has white wood cabinetry and charcoal grey granite countertops. Guests can eat at the kitchen dining table or at the kitchen island, enjoying a pleasant view of the pool through the sliding glass doors or a television show on the wall mounted television. This kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, tableware and cookware. The laundry room, a half bathroom and a side entrance to the driveway, is off to one side of the
kitchen. Off the other side of the kitchen is the family room/gaming room. This is a terrific place to take a break from the sun while having a full view of the pool area through sliding glass doors. Two black leather futon couches fold down to full sized sleeper beds. New bedding is in the family room closet. Guests can entertain themselves with the pinball machine, flat screen television and a card table. The swimming pool – no diving allowed - has a small kiddie pool attached. Guests can enjoy meals outside with the gas grill, a dining table for six, chaise lounges and patio swing.

New taupe carpet lines the hallway and bedrooms. The kids’ room is colorfully decorated with Mickey and Minnie on the walls and stuffed Winnie the Pooh and Tigger too. This room sleeps three in a bunk bed with a twin top and full sized bottom. A cheery red dresser and sliding door closet provide storage. Like the kids bedroom, the second guest bedroom has views of the front yard and street. It’s decorated with a white and charcoal grey queen bed, headboard and dresser, as
well as a flat screen television and double door closet. These two bedrooms share the hall bathroom, which has a glass door shower, slate floor tiles and single sink vanity. This bathroom can be entered from the hallway or from the master suitebathroom. The master bathroom has a Zen feel with slate floor tiles and decorative tiles lining the walls of the tub and shower combination and the vanity backsplash.
A separate makeup mirror and countertop is a convenient addition. The master bedroom sports white bedside tables and dresser, a king bed, flat screen television and mirrored, sliding door closet. There is a fully stocked and labeled linen cabinet in the hallway.

Additional amenities include central heat and air, 5 cable TV's, soft water, filtered drinking water, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable, and a driveway for two cars. Additional street parking is also available.
