Pleasing climate ,adequate sunshine and excellent location frees you from any vexation and colors your memory.
Location and Transportation:
Our vacation house is located in Newark with a clean and quiet community.
Famous shopping malls like Marcy’s , Walmart and Costco are just 5 to 10 minutes drive away which is very convenient. Well-know Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown are also within 30 minutes car drive to reach. During your way to the destination ,you can also enjoy the unique scenery of San Francisco. You will be definitely impressed by the beautiful scene!
Indoor facilities:2 storey,4 bedrooms, 3 baths. This house can accommodate 8 adults in total.

5. 3 bathrooms： All the bathrooms have been recently remodeled with new tile, showers and sinks.
6. All bathrooms provide shower body wash, shampoo, paper towels, hand towels, and shower towels and mugs for brushing teeth.
7. 1 living room: the fireplace, the sofa bed, 50 inch LCD TV
8. 1 Kitchen: Cook ware，dish ware ，micro wave，refrigerator，oven，dish washer，rice cooker，coffee pot，kettle and garbage disposer can all be found here.

12. 1 garage： washing machines, dryer
13. BBQ grill, sunshade and occasional table.

1 All the facilities can be used in the house.
2 We provide a full range of kitchen equipment and dining tools, but do
not provide food, beverage, wine and spices. Any food and condiments in
refrigerators or cabinets would be items left over by previous guests.
Please pay attention to the expiration date if you would like to have it.
3 House owner will not be in the house. The house manager, who does not
live in the house, will greet your arrival, help you solve any problems
during your stay.
4 Guests must take good care of the house ,once it damaged ,guests should pay or
we will deduct the deposit.
5 Pets are not allowed in the house . Otherwise we will collect 3 times of cleaning fee and $1000 of carpet cleaning fee.
6 Please keep the noise to the minimum level to create a better living surrounding both for you and our neighbors.
7 Any behaviors against laws are forbidden .

Extra details:
Please use the gas carefully. Gas is mainly used for heating，fireplace，water heater and dryer.
Please use the electronic equipment carefully.
The responsibility of any accident caused by misusing of the appliances in the house should be taken by guests themselves. We won’t bear any responsibility and costs which includes but not limit to medical care, mental damage compensation ,lawyer fee and litigation fee.
Please do as following when you check out.
1. Put all the garbage in the dustbin.
Green one : recyclable bottles and paper
Black one: any garbage
Brown one: garbage in the garden
2. Put all the towels in the cloth basket.
3. Put all the dishes that have been used in the dishwasher.
4. If you have broken something please let us know.
