The farmhouse is all one level and offers spacious rooms with exposed wooden beams that extenuate the high ceilings.

There is a large dining area that seats 14, lounge with large traditional fireplace, 3 sofas and a digital television.

Adjoing the area is the huge kitchen. This has a preparation island, a big fridge freezer, conduction hob, dishwasher and all mod cons that would be expected in a sumptuous property on this scale, including a smaller dining area for the more intimate meals.

There is also a large underground room with the entrance showing exposed rocks. The large basement has a dual purpose: it has a large state-of-the-art home cinema with projector, a 3 x 2 m. screen, 10 confortable armchairs; and a table tennis.

At the other end of the house there are 5 bedrooms, each with an ample sized shower room or bathroom.

The colours of the bedrooms vary from a Midnight blue to a cinnamon. The en-suite bathrooms have their own colour scheme to reflect each room's name.

There are 3 Twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms with a luxurious four poster bed with canopy. These rooms all contain large built-in wardrobes.

The grounds of the farmhouse offer numerous terraces and a large infinity pool to relax. The terraces are situated in a beautifully planted garden, with soft romantic lighting, that enables the enjoyment of the evenings outside well into the early hours.

There is also an old farm track that will lead to the nearest beach. The walk will take about 20 minutes.
