The Space
Located in the most convenient spot in Hong Kong, it is close to everything and everywhere you would want to or need to go to in Hong Kong. Next to the Sheung Wan MTR Subway station, 7 Eleven, Bank of China, HSBC, Supermarkets, computer center, Sheung Wan produce market, bars, coffee shops, night clubs, main tram station, bus stations (over 30 different bus routes that stop here). Crossing street is Hollywood Road, the foreign friendly district located in Soho, walking distance to the big and beautiful Hollywood Park with fish ponds and beautiful plants and trees. And also close by is Upper Lascar Row 
which is a famous area for tourist shopping.
There are 2 big bedrooms each with a queens sized bed and a big double sofa bed in the living room. Each bed sleeps at least 2 people. Free ultra high speed wireless and LAN internet, cable TV with DVD player. The apartment was just finished renovated, furnished and decorated with a full on bathroom and shower and a full kitchen with electric cooker, water boiler and all the eating and cooking utensils that a family would need. There are 3 air conditioners in the apartment, one in each room and another in the living room as well as fans and heaters in each room. The apartment building as well as the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. One of the safest places in the world! The only drawback is that it is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building, but it is really not a bad climb up the stairs at all and is quite good exercise. Other than that, it is the perfect apartment for a family or couple or group of friends or co-workers.

**In the past I have borrowed out adapters for FREE to guests as a courtesy and convenience, however, too many have not been returned (over 50) and I can no longer keep up with restocking. Unfortunately, I can't provide these for free but if necessary, will sell them AT COST (@HKD20) instead. Sorry that this gesture failed.

Guest Access
Guests have access to:
- FREE WiFi
- Cable TV
- Hair Dryer
- Iron/Ironing Board
- Microwave, Hot Water Boiler, Cooker
- Towels, Sheets, Toilet Paper, Shampoo, Soap, etc.

Interaction with Guests
As much as possible or invisible if you want. I will try to meet with arriving guests and show them the area. Whenever guests need information or recommendations, I am always available via messaging or phone.

The Neighborhood
Fantastic traditional Hong Kong neighborhood with lots of history at every street alley and corner. Local restaurants are a treat to experience and public transport is all around to get you to all places of the city.

Getting around
Sheung Wan MTR is 5 min walk down the hill.
Trams, buses, mini buses, taxis are all just a stone's throw away to get you all throughout Hong Kong.

Other Things to Note
Once you arrive in Hong Kong, everything is quite simple and all starts with a call from the FREE phones at the airport located in the hall immediately after you pass through baggage customs. There is also a Visitors Center there if you would like to pick up some maps, local travel guides, etc. to read on your way to the apartment. If you need a local SIM card, there is a 7-11 in the middle section of the main arrival hall where they see all types of SIM cards, I usually prefer the PCCW brand as it is the larges local operator.
