ITALIAN Metro Cavour (centro storico), nella tipica Via Urbana, piccolo appartamento ristrutturato in palazzetto d'epoca (palazzo storico nel cuore della vecchia Roma), arredato e completamente fornito - compresa lavatrice e asciugacapelli, cucina con tutti gli utensili, bagno con vasca. Molto accogliente. Si affitta l'intero appartamento. Silenzioso (in cortina), riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata. La TV può essere vista solo se attivate wifi e portate una chromcast key. Ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, ristoranti, supermercati, bar e negozi, locali, fast food, ecc., internet point e wi-fi nei bar sotto casa. La zona è considerata molto chic, adatta per turisti, viaggi di lavoro e per chiunque voglia soggiornare ed abbia bisogno di spostarsi senza mezzo privato. Fori Imperiali raggiungibili in 15 min a piedi. Zona piena di vita e non pericolosa.C'è un solo letto matrimoniale, comodissimo, con grande armadio.L'unico problema è che non c'è l'ascensore, quindi non è adatto per bambini piccoli o persone anziane. Prezzo ottimo per la zona.E' sconsigliato venire in macchina perché il centro storico è chiuso al traffico e l'unico posto dove si parcheggia è a pagamento (per i non residenti).Sconto per affitto superiore a 3 mesi.
In alta stagione è possibile avere uno sconto se si porta la propria biancheria da casa

Nice small apt (1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen)in ancient building right in the centre of Rome, next to Cavour metro station, 15 minutes walk from Fori Imperiali, air conditioning and heating. fully fournished, quite and comfortable. Washmachine and ironing tools. If you ask for wifi and bring a chromecast key you will be able to watch tv. The apartment is located inside an ancient huistorycal building, in the heart of the typical old city.
The area is full of lovely restaurants, pizzerias, etc, but you can easily cook at home if you want to save money or eat fast.
Patisseries, supermarkets, groceries, caffe, irish pubs, bakeries and all services right down the street. Very nice area for tourists and shopping, perfect if you want to visit the city center, most important monuments and nice areas are in walking distance. Subway station just down the street! Safe area.
It is possible long term rent with a discount.
Only 1 double bed, not suitable for little kids or elder people: no elevator.
You will be given instructions on how to get to the apartment from airport or train station, a map of the metro and a little map of the area

Je lue tout l'appartement, pas de partage.
Completametne meublé et équipé, jolie dans le cetre de la ville, 15 minutes marche de Fori Imperiali. Le logement est dans un ancien batiment historyque, mais est renové avec chauffage et air conditionné. Cuisine equippée machine à laver, grand lit très comfortable . Il y a une tv mais pour le voir on a besoin de activer wifi (on demand) et porter une chromecast key. Calme et lumineux, parfait pour touristes et pur visiter le centre.
Le quartier est très chic, mais il ya des restaurants et des bars à un bon prix. Restaurants, pizzerias, pâtisseries, cafés, supermarchés dans la rue. Les transports publics et le métro à proximité.
Il y a seulement un lit de deux personnes, je n'accept pas plus de 2.
Il n'ya pas de ascenseur, pas recommandé pour les personnes âgées et handicapées.
On peut louer pour de longues périodes (avec remise)
In German:Metro Cavour (Altstadt), in der typischen Via Urbana, kleine renovierte Wohnung im Altbau, möbliert und komplett ausgestattet - inklusive Waschmaschine und TV, Küche mit allen Utensilien, Bad mit Wanne. Kabel Internet (aber wifi ist in der Strasse und verkehrsmitteln). Sehr einladend.
Wir vermieten die ganze Wohnung. Lautlos (in Vorhang), Heizung und Klimaanlage. Offentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Restaurants, Supermärkte, Bars und Geschäften, Kneipen, Fast Food, etc.., Das Gebiet gilt als sehr chic, geeignet für Touristen, Geschäftsreisende, Auto nicht notig. Fori Imperiali nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Gegend voller Leben und nicht gefährlicher.
Es gibt nur ein Doppelbett, sehr komfortabel, mit großen Schrank.
Das einzige Problem ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, so ist es nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder oder Behinderten.
Toller Preis für die Gegend.
Es ist nicht zu empfehlen, mit dem Auto kommen, weil die Stadt für den Verkehr (für Nicht-Residenten) geschlossen ist.
