Our guests can enjoy all amenities a 3-stars condo has to offer, like valet parking, swimming pool with solarium, complete gymnasium, jacuzzi, luggage storage, convention center, laundry service, direct access to the beach and Miami Beach Boardwalk, 24hs security and a lobby with 24hs service. The building is located on Hollywood Beach.

The Neighborhood
With an average daily temperature of 30°C in summer and 21°C in winter, Hollywood Beach (also known as Miami Hollywood) is a beautiful beach located between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Defined by a pleasant and familiar environment, this beach offers to its visitors a wide range of cuisine, night entertainment, water sports, outlets and great shopping-malls. Hollywood Beach offers a beach with shallow depths in which visitors can go up to 150 meters into the sea, since it is not only transparent but also calm. It also counts with a lifeguard year round for the tranquility of the families. The seaside is 4.5 Km long, accompanied by palms, bars, restaurants and ice-cream shops. In addition to this, tourists can go over the area by bikes which they can easily rent, and they can also go scuba-diving or sightseeing on a boat. You also can’t stop visiting the Hard Rock Casino which is only 2km (1.24 miles) away.

Getting around
We strongly recommend renting a car in order to travel through Hollywood while sight-seeing.

If you are ready to book our apartment you must send us a booking request so we could accept it and send a payment request to you, that you need to accept and pay it through the different payments method offered by this site. For more than 2 guests there’s an additional cost of $10/night.

Check-In/Check-Out Instructions: The lobby with 24hs service will have all the information you need to check-in and enter the unit. The front desk will be able to clear all doubts you might have during the stay.
