At 100m is a famous market where you can buy vegetables, fruits, homeware etc. or where you can sit down for a (cheap) coffee or a meal or buy complete meals for taking home. Around the corner is a supermarket. For shopping the Serdika Mall (with more than 100 shops) is at a 5-ish minutes walk.

At a 7- minutes walk is one of the entrances to the biggest park of Sofia, Borisova Park.
