Rental Details
The house is located on the 25th street of Balneario Buenos Aires, just a few meters far from Ruta 10 Juan Diaz de Solis so the beach is just across the street. You can see the ocean from every room of the house. Nearby you can also visit fantastic beaches like Montoya, Bikini, Manantiales , Punta Piedras and El Chorro.
"Verde, arena y mar" (the name of my house) is just a 10 minutes drive from La Barra and Manantiales and 15' from Jose Ignacio. Punta del Este is 25 km far from the place. The house is located in a very relaxing and quite area with low traffic of vehicles and noise around; ideally for those who want to rest during their vacation and enjoy what nature has to offer. It is very comfortable and its outer spaces include a garden, patio, backyard, barbecue, balconies and terrace.
For those families with young adults you will find it the ideal and convenient place due to its proximity to "La Barra" (old fisherman town style place with colorful houses) that is just a 10 minutes drive from the house and you can find there flea markets and antiquities stores, a supermarket and the recently open OH! shopping mall (Dec 2014).
Many restaurants, pubs and disco clubs attract the young crowd who, every night after dinner, come to La Barra around 2 am to have fun. All kind of restaurants, like sushi places, traditional uruguayan food (asado), and italian, make La Barra the gourmet's favourite.
In the Balneario Buenos Aires there is a mini market, grocery, butchery shop and a pharmacy in less that 3 blocks around from the house.
Public transportation, including the one that you can take to go to the airport or to Punta del Este has a bus stop one block away from the house.
