Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with bath/shower . The apartments have a separate gated entrance leading to their own front doors, and share a large roof terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, towns and villages, and also views to the sea at Malaga Bay.
The apartments have private gardens, a barbecue, sunbeds, outside table and chairs and a 5 metre swimming pool.
Maximum occupancy is six people, and if you require the use of only one apartment for up to three people, then the other apartment will remain unoccupied during your stay, thereby affording you total privacy.
The apartments both have hot and cold air conditioning, and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for your use. The kitchens are equipped with electric hob, microwave oven/ grill, kettle, toaster and cutlery/ crockery/ pans etc. Linen and towels are provided.
The location in the countryside offers the opportunity to walk in to town, or drive to the coast in less than 30 minutes. We are just 20 minutes from Malaga airport, 45 minutes from the lakes and Camino del Rey at El Chorro, and 30 minutes from the nightlife of Marbella. Alhaurin el Grande is a lively town with plenty of bars and restaurants as well as supermarkets and a modern health centre. There is a 27 hole golf course within less than 5 minutes by car.
