Welcome to our quiet,3 bedroom home in a beautiful lush green setting, featuring a natural lake of lotus flowers , heated mineral pool and 5 minutes from the untouched beauty of Tallow beach while still in the heart of Byron Bay .

<b>Your Space</b>

We have three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another room with two single beds that can become a queen size bed if needed,and the master bedroom with ensuite.
We are very happy to have guests stay with us because we have had very nice experiences so far and have made many great new friendships with our guests.
We would like to give people the opportunity to share with us the beauty of this amazing place. For this reason, we have asked a fair price for the usage of our home , reasonable for the assurance that you will have a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay, with the added convenience of being within 5 minutes walk from pristine beauty of Dolphins Beach. We also have a mineral pool and outdoor BBQ area within our resort complex.

Located in a qiuet culdesac, this house is a fantastic private retreat .
We are within 15mins walking distance to town and 5min walk to Tallow Beach (Dolphins Beach).

<b>Your Hosts</b>

Fabio and I welcome guests to share in our enjoyment of the beauty and tranquility of Byron. We aim to provide our guests with comfort and cleaniness , in a quiet retreat that is only minutes from beautiful Byron Bay :)

HOUSE RULES:
-Cleanliness and respect of the other residents.
-proper use of bathroom facilities which has to be used very carefully and in a quiet way after 10pm.
-usage of kitchen has to be clean,brief and between 7am and 9pm.
-"guest of guest" are not allowed at anytime.
-when guests are using or sharing the common areas,we require that they are NOT topless or with exposed underwear(bottomless)
-We keep shoes and flip-flops outside the house,of course if you don't want to be barefoot inside you can use a pair of house slippers.
