This unique former factory building is almost at the highest point in Auerbach. It was completely renovated by its Dutch owners and made into beautiful group accomodation. The building has a living space of no less than 1000m2. It is on a spacious plot of land with an excellent view of Auerbach. Very nice situated for a wintersport holiday near the skiareas Schöneck and Klingenthal.

The ground floor contains a comfortable bar/lounge, a play area with pool table and air hockey. There is also a spacious dining room and a professionally equipped kitchen with a number of ovens and fridges. A medium sized group can book eight bedrooms on the first floor (DE-08209-03). A large group can book all sixteen bedrooms (DE-08209-04).

Remarks: There are 13 beds whichs are suitable for children only. That's why the house can be rented by max. 40 adults and 13 children. For an additional fee, it is possible to use the basement.

The basement includes a sauna, recreation room / meeting room with projector, table tennis, an open kitchen with dishwasher and fridge / freezer.
