Vacation Villa in Florida

The Lakeside subdivision is an ideal location for your family trip, close to beach, golf and nature! (Hiking, Kayaking, Biking and Birding) Our office is onsite and we are living in the same sub-division and are at your service 7 days a week. We take care of our villas as if they are our own, this house is well maintained and nicely decorated!
For your groceries there's a Publix within 5 minutes distance from the house. Or you can drive to many other places within 10 miles, such as, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, local grocery stores and restaurants.
We have memberships for the Terra Vista Golf, Sport and Wellness facilities, free and available for your enjoyment. There are 3 members only restaurants and beautiful fitness facilities. Our membership has 7 golf courses in its program. Only additional costs for our guests would be the electric golf cart fee ($10 - $35 pp) and the beauty treatments in the Bella Vita Spa. The Terra Vista facilities are 8 minutes from the house, all golf courses are within 230 minutes. Lakeside is the home course and undeniably within walking distance!
This house is pet free and smoke free. Smoking is permitted outside in the Lanai area only.
We offer free Wi-Fi internet and nationwide phone service.
