The apartment is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, in a private house with a separate entrance, on the ground floor and has a terrace and garden view. The apartment is about 40 m2 suitable for 4 people . There is one bedroom with two beds , one double bed and one single bed, bathroom and living room/ kitchen with sofa bed , equipped with TV, washing machine, parking area, and in front of the apartment there is a garden and grill at your disposal.

Shop and bakeries are very close to flat. Zadar local beach is 5 minutes away by car, and also the old town. 15 minute walk to the city center.
