Beautiful 1BR Cottage

All cottages are fitted out with a commercial quality, extremely comfortable queen-size bed and have full kitchen & cooking facilities. There are suitable cooking utensils in each to accommodate the number of people booked.

All cottages are equipped with reverse cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fans and good lighting. They were designed with high vaulted ceilings to cope with the summer months, and to give that spacious open feel.

Floodlit at night, with optional outdoor gas heating in cooler months, the area features an elevated decking looking out across the Avoca Golf Course and the Avoca River. The surrounding gracious river gums are home to a number of native bird species; and the tranquil panorama is beautiful and relaxing. A great place to catch the sun and sip your favourite local wine, or share a meal with friends.

The design of and views from the Cottage further enhances the relaxed, easy-living atmosphere. Avoca Cottages are spacious, comfortable and well equipped - appealing to couples, families and groups.
