In the living room you will find table and chairs for four people, comfortable sofa and armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. From the living room you can access the balcony where you will find table and chairs to organize meals outside. Canyamel is a nice residential area with a fantastic beach close by. In the area you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants. If you like golf, you are in the right place, as there are 3 golf courses close by! We recommend visiting the famous Caves of Artà and the beautiful tower of Canyamel. Within a few minutes’ drive you can reach lovely virgin beaches as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Cala Mequida, and the touristy Cala Millor. Artà, Capdepera and Son Servera are charming villages near Canyamel that are worth to visit. Without doubt this is the perfect place to be with your family or friends and have an unforgettable holiday! Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property. Additional fee for the central heating: 12 € / night.
