Welcome to this lovely apartment in a residential area in Playa de Gandia. It has 92 m2 and capacity for 7 people. There are three rooms, so it is ideal for families with kids. There is one room en suite with a double bed, one bedroom with three single beds and the last one has two single beds. We can provide you a cot and a high chair on request. The property has an en suite bathroom and a shower room. All bedrooms have warm/cold AC. The living room is very well lighted; the place is perfect to relax reading a book, watching TV, or having a little nap. The connected dining area has a big table so you can organize a nice meal with your friends. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, vitro ceramic hob, toaster, blender, juice maker, coffee machine, cutlery and a lot more. In the laundry area you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment has a 16 m2 terrace with sea views furnished with two sun beds and a table where you will be able to have your breakfast before a day full of activities. You will be able to enjoy the communal areas of the building: gym, sauna, heated pool (opened from 1st October until 31st May), recreational area with BBQs, paddle and tennis courts, tables and chairs, playground, and 5 pools, including Jacuzzi and kids pool (opened from 1st June until 30th September). It is the perfect place for you and your family! You can come with your pet as well! You can visit Playa de Gandia all year around due to its pleasant and mild temperatures. This area has about 7 km of white sand beach and crystalline waters. In Playa Nord you will find many services and leisure offer; have a relaxing and quiet day in the natural Platja de l’Ahuir; go to Platja Can with your pet; or go to Platja de Rafalcaid if you want to get lost. There are some areas for those who don’t wear swimming costume as well! If you like nature you can go to Ullal de l’Estany, a natural spring full of different species of birds. Other sites that are worth to visit are the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia or the theme park Terra Mítica in Benidorm.
