The house is divided in three parts, which are connected with an external stone staircase. The ground floor of Villa Rita is a separate residential unit with a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The fireplace in the living room creates a special atmosphere with the crackling wood, especially during winter holiday season. On the first floor, there is a separate residential unit on two storeys. The living, kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom are situated on the lower storey, while the wooden staircase leads to the upper storey where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
