La Bougainvillea is situated on 30 acres, with 1200" on a private pink sand beach. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, outdoor pool, full kitchen, cable T.V., DVD Player, wifi, iPod dock station, beach lounge chairs, beach towels, large outdoor table & chairs, two kayaks, two paddle boards, and two mountain bikes. We provide housekeeping Monday - Friday, excluding Bahamian Holidays.
All of the areas of the house are seaparated from each other, unlike a "traditional" home. Each area is its own pod. The master bedroom and kitchen are on the North Wing of the house. The second and third bedrooms, with their shared bathroom are located on the South Wing of the house.
