Sunny skies and activities await you in this bright and beautiful Spanish villa, situated in the city of Fuente Álamo de Murcia. The resort offers free access to its children’s playground, tennis courts and soccer fields, and with the addition of your private swimming pool, you may never want to come indoors! The villa is air-conditioned, and has an indoor fireplace for those cosy evenings at home. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy the flat-screen satellite TV, with a DVD/Blu-Ray player and channels in English, Spanish and French. WiFi is also available. Every modern amenity is provided in the kitchen, from a stove, fridge and freezer to a dishwasher and coffee machine, and a family-sized barbeque awaits your culinary skills on the terrace. With six dining seats available indoors and lounge furniture poolside, there is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy convivial mealtimes. The master bedroom on the upper level has a double bed and an ensuite with a shower and WC, while the two bedrooms on the ground floor each offer two single beds, as well as an ensuite (one with a shower, one with a bathtub combination, both with a WC). Closet space is available in each room as well, and the sofa converts into a double bed if needed. A washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience, as well as an ironing table and iron. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres, is protected by a safety enclosure and available in spring and summer months. End cleaning, linen, and towels are all included in the rental price. There are 2-3 reserved parking spots in front of the villa, free of charge. Smoking is allowed, but outside only, and pets are not welcome.
