Located only 3 minute walk from Pondok Jati Train Station, 1 minute walk from public transportation, 7 minute walk from TransJakarta bus shelter, located inside Jakarta inner ring road.
Located in a Jakartan Kampung (traditional neighborhood) with people from various economic strenghth, and very close to public transportation, yet because it is in cu de sac alley, it is nicely quiet for your rest after 'experiencing' Jakarta hectic life. The design of the house is also nice because the public areas (dining, kithcen, sitting, porch, washing, hang-dry) are bright and airy and hence cool despite Jakarta heat. All bedrooms are airconditioned, all bathrooms have been renovated completely, also naturally-lit and airy.

Everything is self-service. No breakfast is _served_, but you are welcome to prepare your own from the ingredients available: oatmeal, egg, bread, peanut butter, jam, mik, coffee, tea. Wash your own clothes and hang them. If you need ironing: Pay the caretaker USD50 cents per piece.
