4 Bedroom House in El Padul

Located in the historic town centre close the wetlands of Padul, this renovated, historic house is perfectly set between the Costa Tropical beach and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, only 10 minutes from Granada! The delightful 3-story house is completely restored, yet retains all its original features. The aesthetic, ancient walls let you enjoy cool summers and keep you warm in the winter. Central heating, a wood-burning fireplace, a washing machine and satellite TV are just of a few of the house's many conveniences. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to serve up feasts including a refrigerator, oven, microwave and utensils, and the furnished terrace sports a BBQ perfect for a cookout with family or friends. Up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms: Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one with a double bed and two with single beds. The rooms have PVC windows with double glazing and mosquito nets. The second floor features a spacious studio with large windows, a double bed and a large terrace with spectacular views. An additional single bed and baby cot are also available. One bathroom features a tub, shower and WC and the second has a shower and WC. Linen and towels are included – please enquire about Internet in advance. There is private parking nearby, smoking is permitted outside only and pets are welcome on request.
