On a quiet street in the heart of the historic quarter of Moratalla, the 150-year-old “La Casa Moratalla” sits below the town’s church and castle. The narrow winding streets and balconies full of flowers create a magical feel as you navigate the tranquil streets. Local bakers still deliver bread a street away from the house three times each morning, just as they've done for centuries. The house features a secluded courtyard with fig trees and flowers and splendid views of the countryside. The spacious interiors are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Wood stoves are found in the hall, lounge and kitchen and a washing machine is included for your convenience.

Feasts can be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, toaster, and coffee machine, or you may prefer to BBQ and dine al fresco in the alluring courtyard. For the winter time, the property disposes of wood stoves and heaters to make your stay as cosy as possible. Up to 6 people can sleep comfortably in the 3 bedrooms: Two rooms have double beds and the other has a twin. There are 2 bathrooms: One with power shower and WC and the other with full-size bath, shower and WC. End cleaning, linen and towels are included in the rental price. Public parking is available nearby, smoking is permitted outside only and pets are very welcome.
