~ All the people staying in the apartment have to provide 3 photographs along with 3 photocopies of ID proof along with the original.
~ No Use of Drugs or other illegal substances on the premises allowed.
~ No illegal or immoral activities to be carried out in the apartment.
~ No Shouting or Talking loudly at all times
~ No disturbing the peace of the neighborhood
