PRICE / STAY:
The prices shown correspond to the total amount of the rental, all inclusive. They include the rental price, the local tax of 5% and 10% of services. There are no additional charges.
In addition to the rental of the villa itself, the price includes:
- A cleaning service every day except Sunday and holidays, the supply of linens and towels, including beach towels, changed regularly.
- Reception at the airport or port, the escort to the villa and explanations on equipment, a snack (in the refrigerator from the villa).
- A helpdesk 24H/24, 7days / 7 service "concierge", an invitation to a cocktail (November-May).
- In some cases, a rental car.
The tour starts at 2:30 p.m. the day of arrival and ends at 24:00 on day of departure. Arrivals and departures are daily. Stays of less than 4 days are impossible. Stays of less than 7 days (14 days at Christmas) are negotiated special rule "pro rata" can not be applied.
The answer to the request for proposal is issued on average within 48 hours.
