Serenità is a modern apartment located near the Auditorium Niemeyer Ravello, recently-built for musical performances. The house is located in a stunning spot of the town at a mere 10 minutes walking distance to the town main square of Ravello and the bus stop. The picturesque square of Il Vescovado is the hearth of this vibrant village where in the past and today, artist and musicians from all over the world offer their talent to Ravello and Amalfi Coast visitors. Other extremely interesting sites of the village are its majestic Middle age Cathedral, the Villa Rufolo and the Villa Cimbrone with the best view of the Coast. All these beauties are within minutes from the property. Serenità is the top floor of a small building recently renovated, with generous sea views; the house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, sofa and TV-SAT, one bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. The house has two terraces, one with sea view and one is on the back of the building. The living room has a sofa bed which can accommodate two more people (there is an additional cost to accommodate further persons in the divan bed). The bathroom has a shower, while the terrace is equipped with table, chairs and lounge chairs. The house features air conditioning (electricity consumption will be paid accordingly). From the terrace of the house you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Amalfi coast, the Gulf of Salerno to Punta Licosa, Maiori and Minori. During the bright nights you will surely enjoy from your terrace the frequent firework' shows that light up the sky, enjoying a beautiful romantic dinner with your partner.
