Central Vista Homestay offers a very secure, neat, spacious and air conditioned homestay for couples / ladies in Naraina Vihar, South West Delhi, not far from the Air Terminal.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor of a 4 storied apartment block and is part of a 3BR luxurious apartment facing the main Ring Road leading to Dhaula Kuan, Hotel Taj Palace, Maurya Sheraton and the diplomatic area, Chanakyapuri. The accommodation is spacious with wooden built in cupboards and has an attached washroom with a European WC, health faucet, stand alone shower, geyser and exhaust.
The features that come with this accommodaton are - 24 x 7 water supply, Cable TV, WiFi with unlimited upload and download, refrigerator in room and a private balcony. The apartment is open on all sides and receives and being a corner flat receives a lot of cross ventilation that keeps it cool during summers.
Deposit: USD 200/- ( Against breakages, damages or defacement to the property, at the time of occupying the apartment). The deposit is returned at the time of vacating the apartment.
