Just renovated ,it consists of , two bedrooms one with double bed the second with double bed and single bed too,, dining room with kitchenette, , a twin sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower . All outside overlooking the beautiful garden.The place is really unique because it is quiet even during the summer. From the apartment you can 'easily walk to the beach where you may find a modern marina bench and a beachfront restaurant that offers deliciousl appetizers enjoying view of Portoferraio's bay ! For sports lovers , are available to guests, with reservation, the sailing and surfing and boats to rent. You may also arrange diving in the beautifull depths I of the island as well as take advantage of the nearby golf courses and tennis courts. Our guests have access to all the garden furnished with deck chairs, tables, umbrella , sun loungers and barbeque. Babies under two years old are FREE I welcome guests personally and in any case I can always be contacted on phone for any needs 'The bus stop is located right on the corner of the main street. .The car park is located within the property that is fenced and closed by a gate. For those landing at Marina di Campo Airport we can arrange, on request a few days in advance, a taxi or car to rent.
