Fantastic location, quiet public beach right around the corner at 2 min walk (promise!) and very close (1 block) to the Banana River to spot manatees and dolphins. Loads of things in the Cocoa Beach area to see, do and dining opportunities are fab too. Supermarket and shops at 3 miles. 1250 sq ft 3 bedroom two story townhouse modern leather interior, very comfy tempur pedic and pillow top mattresses. Sleeps 8, accept 2 pets up to 20 lbs each for free. $150.00 refundable deposit per pet required. Stocked with everything you need, including 2 free bikes to use, wave boards, beach chairs/umbrella and towels. Linens, cookware etc. all provided. First couple of days suppies like coffee, sugar, toiletpaper/papertowels, laundry detergent included.
