GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to all amenities of a comfortable stay and will be provided with bed sheets, blankets and towels. No need to bring anything! INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Guests will be able to contact me anytime if needed. I will instruct the guests on how to approach the town and lead them to the accommodation upon arrival. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Whilst all information can be located at the town´s tourism office or in the internet I will be pleased to suggest on where to go, what to do and what to eat. Furthermore I could organize a fantastic meal proper of the area where I live upon request. With reach variety of typical local dishes. A cuisine that is strong and convincing, born and raised here, it will make you want to lick your fingers! HOUSE RULES Smoking is allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for the care of the state of the house and the objects that exist in it. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing. The people is gentle and friendly.  THE VILLAGE Salàs de Pallars is a lovely quiet village of story where there are just few businesses and shops. Its strategic position high on a hill is key to avoid the fog that often covers other neighboring towns in autumn times. Furthermore, since it is located on a hillock and a height above sea level of 750 meters, it has opened 360 degrees, which makes the views are difficult to improve and has a light, pleasant breeze during the summer. La Pobla de Segur, just 8 km, has everything you need, with a variety of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and gas station. There is a bus station and train station and also a sports center where practice a variety of sports, including karate, soccer, squash, basketball, climbing, etc. The village also has a nursery, a medical center and a nursing home. THE AREA It is 45 minutes away from the ski resorts of Port Ainé, Super Spot and Baqueria Beret. The area itself offers many possibilities with its incredible landscapes and wonders; from pleasant walks along the Llac de Sant Antoni and exciting excursions through the magnificent paths of El Parc Natural d 'Aigües Tortes i Sant Maurici, to adventure activities such as horseback riding, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, rappelling, climbing, kite surfing, paragliding, and many more. Check-in 15:00 - 22:00 hours   Check-out 08:00 - 12:00 hours   All prices include VAT and local tax of 0,45€(+VAT) per person per night with a maximum application of 7 nights, for guests older than 16.    If the guest cancels or modifies less than 7 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
