This apartment locate at the most quite and prosperous area.
Most vistor stay at eastern district of taipei or Ximending or Taipei main station,but as you see,these area all have small and dirty street ,noisy everywhere,we Taipei people usally don't want to live there.

So the house price in DAAN district is the hightest in Taiwan.
Not only with campus of Taiwan National University,but also clean street ,quite district and clean surrodings than others,so DAAN distrct has the name of "Best District".

This appartment is desined by interior designer,and with all furniture and eqipment.
It also have elavator,there are a lot of appartments without elavator,it's very important when you carry laugges.

If you need extra bed,I could give you a air mattress bed,it could put at living room,so this appartment can provide max 6 persons.

Living Room:42"LCD TV with cable TV,also with HDMI,you could put your screen at laptop to TV.

Dining Room:with kitchen,sink,dish dryer,glass-ceramic cooktop,refugrator,wash machine,microwave,you could cook anytime.

Beth Room:with separate shower stall ,also provide shampoo and shower gel and clean towels.

If I have time ,I would like to show you around,or something famous street foods at night market.

I can also provide Easy Card,which can be use at MRT,Ubike,Bus and convenient store,just help me rechage it back when you leave.

Food:There are 2 night market nearby,and a lot of resturent,so it won't be any problem if you like taste delicious foods.

Transportation:
Just walk 5 mins can go to MRT Taipower Building Station or Gongguan Station.

Please do not smoke,party,make noisy at night or with pet.
