Rental Details
We lowered the price of our apartment. Currently there are constructions going on next to our building. Luckily the most noises part of construction are finished. Generally, the constructions take place during the working days and the noise is periodic. Fortunately we have a good insulation windows. If you are usually annoyed by such a noise, we wouldn’t recommend this apartment. In common circumstances, the flat is very quiet and peaceful.
This non-smoking apartment in charming Prenzlauer Berg (Bötzowviertel) with a balcony is placed on the second floor in the second backyard building from early 20th century. Building is newly refurbished. Apartment (40m2) is bright and quiet, with wooden floors and high ceilings.
When entering apartment, in a hallway, there is a wall-hanger and a bench with a shoe storage. Small bedroom have a double bed (160x200), a stool as a bedside table, a clamp spotlight, a wardrobe with wooden clothes hangers and a chest of four drawers. Bathroom has a window.
The equipment includes a walk-in shower, a toilet, a laundry bin, a wash basin, a mirror, a cupboard, a towel hooks, a hanger for the door, fold up drying rack and a washing machine. An open kitchen and living room makes one area. Kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dinnerware, glassware, condiments, seasonings).
Dinning table with four chairs and a console table. There is also a corner sofa-bed and cabinet with a drawers. On the balcony there's a table with a two chairs.
Apartment is just seven minutes away from the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain Park and the movie theatre at the Friedrichshain (Filmtheater am Friedrichshain). Alexanderplatz can be easily reached by tram (M4) or by bike. By foot is 25 minutes away.
In the same street where apartment is, you can find farmers' market every Saturday and Bakery (Bäckerei und Konditorei Bernd Lau) which is one of the most famous in Berlin. Few minutes away from apartment, on the corner of the Bötzowstraße and the Hufelandstraße is Lekr Lebensmittel, grocery store. On the Greifswalder Straße, you can find Lidl, Denn’s Biomarkt and BioCompany.
In the neighbourhood there are many cafes, international and domestic restaurants, small shops and bike rentals. If you want to live as a real Berliners, this is neighbourhood to be.
