High quality teak wood has been used for the traditional roof construction as well as for the doors and windows, where tinted glass is keeping out the summer heat and glare. -These studio apartment are ideally suited for medium to long term stays or for retirees, wishing to enjoy a relaxed life style. -Each apartment is featuring: Solar hot water and air condition as well as ceiling fan Kitchenette with teak wood cupboards, granit bench top,complete with fridge, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster,cups,plates & cutlery for 2 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet, granit vanity top with hand wash basin and wall mounted cabinet with sliding mirrors. Living/Bedroom with folddown sofa bed, 2 cupboards large wall mirror, TV & DVD player (Satelite TV is optional) 3 section french folding doors open to a large Terrace(7m2) at the ground floor Apartments & large Balcony(7m2) at the 1.floor Apartments The 1.floor apartmens have interconnecting doors, allowing two apartments to be combined.
