This charming holiday home is located at an elevation of 500 metres and is surrounded by nature and you can enjoy a 360 degree view. It is a lovely area in a region with a great deal of nature, including the lovely hills and culture in the lovely art towns. The renovated house has been renovated in an environmentally friendly manner in keeping with the authenticity of the house. There are photovoltaic solar panels for electricity and hot water, and natural materials have been used for the interior without using damaging chemicals.

The house is heated with a system connected to the solar panels. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, which is partially underground, and the living room is on the first floor. The furnishings are a mix of antique and modern, and the atmosphere is charming.
